Why Salt?

- What to wear?
We want you to be comfortable during your session, so please wear clothing comfortable to you. If you decide to wear a bathing suit, you must come dressed in it

- Do we allow smokers into the Salt Room?
No, we do not allow smokers into the Salt Room. The Salt Room helps to detox the body. When a person smokes again after having done a session it is working against all the work that the Salt Room has done to detox their body. We do however take people who are trying to quit smoking.

- Do we allow children into the Salt Room?
Yes, we allow children into the Salt Room. If the child is under age 13, they have to be accompanied by an adult.

- Can pregnant women go into the Salt Room?
Yes, pregnant women are allowed in the Salt Room. The Salt Room does not harm the baby.
